These terms are between you and Gladis Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). Each of our products has its own terms, which govern your use of it:

These terms cover this website and buying from us.

Buying a subscription

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. The price and what it includes are shown before you pay.
• You can cancel at any time from the product's billing page. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow the product's terms. If something went wrong with a charge, write to billing@gladistechnologies.com and we'll put it right.
• Prices may change; we'll email subscribers at least 30 days before a change applies to them.
• Card statements name the product (for example SCHEDULEROW) or Gladis Technologies.

This website

The website is provided as is. Don't use it in a way that's unlawful or that interferes with it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to this website or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Each product's terms say more about that product.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
