Privacy Policy

Gladis Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"), makes the products listed on this site. This policy covers what we handle as a company: this website, payments for our products, and messages you send us. What each product does with the information you use it with is in that product's own policy, which also applies:

What we collect, and why
- When you pay for one of our products: your name, email address, billing address, the product and plan, payment history, and your card's brand, expiry and last four digits. Card numbers go straight to our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store them. We use this to charge you, send receipts, calculate sales tax, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and keep the accounts the law requires.
- When you email us: your address and what you write, to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. This site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
We don't sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with, and how
Only with service providers that run our business, under contracts that let them use it only to provide their service to us, and only as much as each needs:
- Stripe: payments, receipts and sales tax.
- Google Workspace: our email.
- Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services: hosting and networking, in the United States.
Each receives it through its own encrypted connection to our systems or yours. We'd also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, after telling you.
How we protect it
- Every connection to our sites and services is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Our servers accept no direct connections from the internet, and their data and backups are encrypted at rest.
- Administrative access uses short-lived, individually issued credentials, and each system gets only the access it needs.
- Payment details are held by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1.
How long we keep it
Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically seven years). Emails: as long as needed to help you, and as business records. Each product's policy covers its own data.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of your information, or for its correction or deletion, at privacy@gladistechnologies.com. We answer within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept until that duty ends.
Children
Our products are for adults and businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell paying customers by email before it takes effect.
